Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days
Shipments are made Monday - Friday except national US holidays. All shipments are sent with a shipping confirmation tracking number.
During Holiday Rush: This occurs during the months of November, December, January.  Due to high volume of sales, processing time to make and ship orders may take 4-7 business days before shipment.

As a registered customer, you can easily access your order history by logging into your account using the log in page. Once logged in you'll see your order history; click the order number to see tracking information. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once shipped. If you are not a registered user please use the contact page or email for your order status. Please provide as much information as possible such as your name, order number, and email address associated with the order.

All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS. Packages are shipped with a confirmation tracking number emailed to the address sent with your order.

First Class: $3.95 - $5.75, Orders over $30 ship Free!

Average Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (not including processing time)
Priority: $7.95 flat rate, Orders over $75 ship Free!

Confirmation, shipping and handling are included in shipping price. Insurance is optional. If you would like insurance please contact usIf anyone needs their order delivered sooner, please contact us, so, together we can come up with a special arrangement.


International buyers 
will be responsible for any possible additional taxes/fees with customs relevant to their country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local post office or customs office to find out customs tariff and taxes for your country.

For large international orders, we do require that the package be sent USPS Priority International mail plus insurance. The additional cost will vary depending on weight and destination. If for whatever reason, the package gets lost in your region, no refunds will be issued. In order to receive any refunds/exchange, the items must be returned before I give any money back. Again, if for whatever reason, the returned items gets lost coming to the U.S., refunds will not be issued. And, also, we do require that all returned postage be paid my buyer.

International: $12.50 - $19.50

Large orders Priority International Mail + Insurance: $35-$80

Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and may experience delays, especially during the holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, it is recommended you make your purchase well in advance to ensure the package arrives on time. International orders may experience additional delay due to customs.

If paying by PayPal, please make sure your shipping address on PayPal is up to date because that is where the package will be sent.

  • Credit Cards (V, MC, AX, Disc) can also be accepted through PAYPAL (please follow instructions)
  • New York residents will be charged 8.625% sales tax
  • Sorry, no checks, no money orders, no cash
  • If payment is an e-check via PayPal, e-check must clear before the items are shipped (clearing usually takes 3-5 business days)
  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of order.


At IMCreationsart, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchased item(s). If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to include a tracking number for your returned package. IMCreationsart is not responsible for any returned packages being lost in the mail.

Please note all custom/personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your package arrives damaged or not as described contact us immediately. Please keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. To expedite the process, please send pictures of the damage item(s) to email address:
